Nancy Deichman did not inherit a real estate business. She built one.
In 1996, she became president and co-owner of RE/MAX Premier Realty in Ocala. She had already built her own career as a real estate agent, grown a sphere of influence across central Florida, and made a decision: she was going to create the highest producing real estate company in the Marion, Lake, and Sumter County area. And she did.
Thirty years later, RE/MAX Premier Realty operates across multiple offices in three of the most active markets in north-central Florida and has helped countless agents build careers, incomes, and lives that looked very different before they made the call.
Nancy is still here. Still working the markets. Still recruiting. And still personally invested in the success of every agent who joins her team.
She is looking for two kinds of people. Those who have been thinking about real estate as a career and want to make the move the right way, with the right support behind them from day one. And agents who are already licensed and working, but feel like they are doing it largely alone, without the leads, the training, or the professional environment they deserve.
If either of those descriptions sounds familiar, the weekly discovery call is where the conversation starts.
The experience of helping real estate agents improve their careers, their enjoyment of creating a better lifestyle and more financial freedom continues to be one of my greatest joys.Nancy Deichman
Four pages, each written for a different starting point. Pick the one that sounds like you, or keep reading for the full picture.

You know how to work a deal. What you may not have is a broker who answers, an office to bring a client to, or leads that show up without you buying them. See what changes when you move.
See the agents page
You explain hard things to nervous people, manage thirty personalities and a stack of deadlines, and every family in town knows your name. Those skills pay differently in real estate.
See the teachers page
Calm in a code, every detail charted, trusted by strangers on sight. Get licensed on your off days, keep your income through the move, and own what you build.
See the nurses page
You read a table in seconds, recover a bad moment before it becomes a bad review, and half the town knows your face. Get licensed around your shifts and own what you build.
See the hospitality page
Your first clients already know your name
A lot of people spend years with the thought in the back of their mind. What if I tried real estate?
They watch a colleague make the transition. They see the flexibility, the income potential, the idea of building something that is genuinely their own. And they wonder if they have what it takes.
Here is what Nancy has learned after 30 years of building and developing agents: the people who succeed are almost never the ones who came in knowing the most about real estate. They are the ones who came in knowing how to take care of people.
If you have spent your career in service, hospitality, healthcare, or education, you already have that. The market knowledge, the contracts, the systems: those come with time and the right support. The instinct to put your client first and see them through something important is what Nancy is actually looking for.
Real estate is a career you can build on your own timeline. Many agents on Nancy's team started while still working in their previous careers, learning the business and building their foundation before fully stepping into it. What matters is the intention to grow it into something real. Nancy is here to help you figure out what that path looks like for you.
You have navigated demanding situations, solved problems in real time, and kept people happy when things got complicated. Those same qualities, staying composed, communicating clearly, and finding a way to make it work, are exactly what buyers and sellers need from the person guiding them through one of the biggest decisions of their lives.
Hospitality pageYou break down complex information so it makes sense. You manage relationships, timelines, and expectations with many people at once. You know how to stay patient when things get frustrating. In real estate, those skills close transactions.
Teachers pageYou build trust quickly. You stay calm when the stakes are high. You keep your focus on the person in front of you even when there is a lot going on behind the scenes. Clients remember agents who made them feel cared for. That is what you have been doing your whole career.
Nurses pageIf your work has been about genuinely taking care of other people, you already have the most important quality in real estate. The market knowledge, the contracts, the negotiation strategies: those can be learned. How to make a client feel safe and well represented is something Nancy looks for, and cannot teach.
Save my seatIf you do not yet have your Florida real estate license, that is where the journey begins, and Nancy will help you navigate every step of it.
Getting licensed is a meaningful commitment. There is coursework, an exam, and a process that takes real focus and intention. Nancy will not minimize that. What she will do is make sure you understand exactly what the path looks like, point you toward the right preparation resources, and answer every question along the way so that nothing catches you off guard.
When you pass your exam and earn your license, you hang it with RE/MAX Premier Realty. From that point forward, you are not figuring it out alone. You have the full infrastructure of RE/MAX Premier Realty behind you: the offices, the training, the brand, and a team that is genuinely invested in your success.
The path to getting there is worth taking. And you do not have to take it by yourself.
Nancy points you to the right preparation resources and tells you exactly what to expect.
Real focus, real intention, and no surprises, because you'll know what's coming.
The moment the business begins. Offices, training, brand, and a team behind you from day one.
Not every agent who is struggling is struggling because of something they are doing wrong.
Some brokerages sign agents up and then largely leave them alone. No real training cadence. No leads coming in. No office to bring a client to. Just a split arrangement and a lot of hope that things will come together on their own.
If you got into real estate because you were excited about the career and it has not felt that way since, it is worth asking whether the environment you are in is actually set up for you to succeed, or whether you have been working harder than necessary just to compensate for the lack of support around you.
RE/MAX Premier Realty is built differently. Brick and mortar offices across three markets. Real training for agents at every stage, not just onboarding. A team that communicates and collaborates. Leads and resources that help you build a pipeline instead of building one entirely from scratch. And Nancy, who has been doing this since 1996 and is still personally involved in the success of every agent on her team.
Switching brokerages is a meaningful decision and Nancy does not take that lightly. The weekly discovery call is a no-pressure way to hear how RE/MAX Premier Realty actually operates and ask Nancy honest questions. If you want to talk privately afterward, she will make the time.
There is a page written just for experienced agents: what changes when you move, side by side, and straight answers on onboarding, active deals, and the split.

You should not have to fight your own brokerage just to do your job well.
Whether you are brand new to real estate or bringing years of experience with you, this is what you get when you join RE/MAX Premier Realty.
RE/MAX Premier Realty has real offices across Ocala, The Villages, and Lake County. A professional home base to meet clients, run appointments, and operate as the business owner you are. Not a virtual address. Not a coworking desk. A real office with your name on it.
Extensive training for new agents getting started and experienced agents looking to grow. You are not handed a license and a desk. You are brought into a system that builds agents who last.
Whether you are brand new or transferring a license, Nancy's team walks you through onboarding so there is no gap in your business. And when a transaction gets complicated, there is someone to call. Nancy and her executive team help facilitate deals to the closing table.
The people who own the company are the people who answer. Marketing direction, transaction help, resources you do not have yet: you reach the executive team, not a help desk.
If you are not yet licensed, Nancy will help you understand the path and navigate it. She will point you toward the right resources, prepare you for what to expect, and be there when you come out the other side ready to hang your license and get to work.
You are not starting from zero and hoping your phone rings. RE/MAX Premier Realty provides the infrastructure and resources to help you build a pipeline and generate business consistently.
Agents here collaborate and support each other. This is not a brokerage where everyone is competing in silence. Questions get answered. Experience gets shared.
One of the most recognized names in real estate, nationally and locally. That recognition earns you credibility with buyers and sellers from day one, before you have your own track record to point to.
A growing market with strong relocation demand and diverse inventory. Nancy and her team have deep roots here. For a new agent, that existing network and local knowledge is an advantage that takes years to build on your own. You start with it from day one.
One of the most active real estate markets in Florida. High transaction volume, a buyer pool that values trust and relationship, and strong referral business for agents who serve clients well. If you are connected to this community already, your network is your foundation.
A boutique market with lakefront properties, established neighborhoods, and growing demand from buyers looking for an alternative to larger metro areas. Agents who invest in this market build loyal client relationships and compounding referrals over time.
Nancy Deichman has led RE/MAX Premier Realty in central Florida since 1996. She built her own career as a real estate agent first, then built one of the most productive brokerages in the Marion, Lake, and Sumter County area. Today she runs multiple offices across three markets and stays personally involved in recruiting and developing every agent who joins her team.
She recruits from service, hospitality, healthcare, and education backgrounds because she has seen firsthand how people from those careers translate their skills into something meaningful in real estate. And she works with experienced agents who are ready to be somewhere that actually invests in their success.
The weekly discovery call is her way of meeting you before you commit to anything. No pressure. Just an honest hour with the people thinking about the same move.
RE/MAX Premier Realty runs on a family and a team who have onboarded, trained, and backed new agents for decades. These are the people who pick up when you call.
Nancy's husbandNancy's husband and business partner, Bob has owned RE/MAX Premier Realty with her for three decades and holds the broker's license behind every transaction in the company. With 32 years in real estate, he is the second set of experienced eyes on the deals that need one, and the reason a new agent never has to guess at a contract question.
Nancy's sonA U.S. Marine Corps veteran with more than 20 years at RE/MAX, Kevin manages the Ocala office and the numbers behind every agent's growth. He runs the training calendar, tracks the metrics that show where a new agent's business is headed, and turns them into an action plan you can follow week to week.
Nancy's daughterKelly started at the RE/MAX Premier Realty front desk 26 years ago and has held nearly every job in the building since: assistant, agent, transaction coordinator, office manager, Director of Agent Services, and now Director of Operations with her Florida broker's license. She has onboarded and trained new agents for more than two decades and knows exactly where they get stuck.
11 years at PremierA U.S. Army veteran and native Floridian, Michele joined RE/MAX Premier Realty in 2015 as Director of Marketing and earned her real estate license in 2019. Today her whole job is helping new agents make the transition to Premier and get on the best track to succeed, from your first week to your first closing.
Chrissy is the person most new agents talk to first, and the one who keeps them moving. She walks you through the licensing path, gets you onboarded without a gap, and checks in until your first deals are closed. When you have a question and are not sure who to ask, you ask Chrissy.
Behind them: six offices across Marion, Lake, and Sumter County, and the directors and staff who keep every one of them running.
From career changers who found their footing, and agents who finally found a brokerage that felt like a team.

The weekly discovery call is one hour, live with Nancy, every Wednesday morning. You join a small group of people considering the same move you are. Not a sales pitch, not a commitment of any kind.
Nancy walks through what joining RE/MAX Premier Realty looks like in practice: the licensing path, the training, the offices, the leads, and what she looks for in the agents she brings on. Then the floor is open. Ask whatever you want, in the group or one-on-one afterward.
If what you hear feels like a fit, the next step is a private conversation with Nancy. If it does not, you have spent an hour and walked away with a clear answer. She is not interested in the wrong match any more than you are.
For career changers, this call is the beginning of understanding whether real estate is the right next chapter. For agents considering a move, it is a low-key way to see what a different environment looks like before you make any decision.
Either way, it is one hour and it costs you nothing.

Choose the next Wednesday that works for you. Seats are limited, and your confirmation and reminders go straight to your email and phone.
