For licensed agents at another brokerage

You Did Not Get Into Real Estate to Do It Alone.

If your brokerage takes a split and hands you a login, you are paying for support you are not getting. Here is what a full-service brokerage actually does for a producing agent.

You are licensed. You know how to work a deal. What you do not have is a broker who picks up the phone, an office you can bring a client to, leads that show up without you buying them, or anyone helping you market yourself. So you compensate. You work longer, you figure it out alone, and the results never quite match the effort.

Nancy Deichman has run RE/MAX Premier Realty since 1996. She built it around one idea: the brokerage should carry its share of the weight. Physical offices in every market they serve. Onboarding support. Closing support. Marketing help. And direct access to Nancy and her executive team when a transaction needs facilitating.

The weekly discovery call is where you get to compare, honestly, what you have now with what you would have here.

Not Every Agent Who Is Struggling Is Doing Something Wrong.

Some brokerages sign agents up and then largely leave them alone. No real training after the first week. No leads coming in. No office to bring a client to. A broker you have met once, if that. Just a split arrangement and a lot of hope that things will come together on their own.

If you got into real estate because you were excited about the career and it has not felt that way in a while, the problem may not be you. It may be the environment you are working in.

Here is the test. Read the list. If more than two of them describe your week, you are working harder than necessary just to make up for the support around you.

What agents tell Nancy they were missing at their previous brokerage:

  • A physical office they could actually use to meet clients professionally
  • Leads, or any real help building a pipeline
  • Someone they could call when a transaction got complicated
  • Marketing support, instead of figuring it out alone on their own dime
  • Training that went beyond the first 90 days
  • A broker who knew their name and answered the phone
You should not have to fight your own brokerage just to do your job well.

Meet the broker

Nancy Built the Brokerage She Wished She Had as an Agent.

Broker/OwnerCRSGRISRESCDPESince 1996

Nancy Deichman did not inherit a real estate business. She built her own career as an agent first, then in 1996 became president and co-owner of RE/MAX Premier Realty in Ocala with a decision: she was going to create the highest producing real estate company in the Marion, Lake, and Sumter County area. And she did.

Thirty years later she still runs it, and she is still personally involved in every agent who joins. When your transaction needs a broker's hand, when your marketing needs direction, when you need a resource you do not have, you reach Nancy and her executive team. Not a help desk. The people who own the company.

She is looking for experienced agents who are ready to be somewhere that actually invests in their success.

What changes when you move

What RE/MAX Premier Realty Puts Behind a Producing Agent

This is the support you have been paying for and not getting.

A real office in every market we serve

Ocala and Marion County. The Villages and Sumter County. Lake County and Mount Dora. A professional home base to meet clients, run appointments, and operate as the business owner you are. Not a virtual address. Not a coworking desk.

Onboarding support from day one

Moving your license should not mean a gap in your business. Nancy's team walks you through the transfer, the systems, and the first weeks so you are producing, not paperwork-ing.

Closing support when a deal gets complicated

Every transaction has a moment where it could fall apart. Here, there is someone to call. Nancy and her executive team help facilitate transactions to the closing table instead of leaving you to hold it together alone.

Marketing help, not a marketing bill

Direction, resources, and a team that helps you market yourself and your listings. You spend your time with clients, not learning design software at midnight.

Direct access to Nancy and the executive team

The people who own the company are the people who answer. Thirty years of local deals, negotiations, and problem-solving, available to you when you need it.

The RE/MAX name, and training that keeps going

One of the most recognized names in real estate opens doors before your track record does. And the training does not stop after onboarding. Extensive programs for experienced agents who want to grow.

Compare honestly

Where You Are Now. Where You Could Be.

Take this list to the discovery call. Nancy would rather you ask the hard questions than guess.

How the move works

Three Steps. No Gap in Your Business.

1

Save your seat on the call

One hour, live with Nancy, every Wednesday morning. Hear exactly how the brokerage operates and ask anything. Prefer to talk privately? Ask, and Nancy will make the time.

2

Compare, honestly

Bring the table above. Nancy will tell you what joining looks like in practice, and she will tell you if it is not the right fit. She is not interested in the wrong match any more than you are.

3

Move with support behind you

When you decide, onboarding walks you through the license transfer and how your active business is handled, so you keep producing while you move.

What another year of this actually costs

It is not just the split. It is the deal that fell apart because no one was there to help you save it. The listing that sat because you were marketing it alone. The referrals that dried up because you were too busy doing admin to stay in touch. Twelve more months of that is expensive, even if the split looks good on paper.

The alternative is a Wednesday morning and an honest conversation. If what you hear is a fit, the next step is a private conversation with Nancy. If it is not, you have lost an hour and gained a clear answer.

Questions agents ask before they book

Straight Answers Before You Make a Move

Is the discovery call a group? I would rather my current broker not know I am looking.
Yes, the Wednesday call is a small group, and nothing about who attends is shared outside RE/MAX Premier Realty. If you would rather talk one-on-one first, call the office and ask for Nancy's team. She will make the time for a private conversation.
What happens to my active listings and pending deals if I move?
That depends on your current brokerage agreement, and Nancy's team will walk through it with you before you move anything. Onboarding is built so you keep producing while you transfer, not so you start over.
What does onboarding actually look like?
Nancy's team handles the license transfer with you, gets you set up in the systems and your office, and stays with you through the first weeks. The goal is simple: no gap in your business and no figuring it out alone.
Which office would I work from?
RE/MAX Premier Realty has physical offices in Ocala and Marion County, The Villages and Sumter County, and Lake County including Mount Dora. You work from the market you serve, with a real office to bring clients to.
What is the split?
Nancy talks through compensation on the call, in the context of what you are actually getting for it. A split only means something next to the support behind it, and she would rather have that conversation with you directly than publish a number without the rest of the picture.
